To Our Patients...
Caring for you has been the most rewarding part of my career and I appreciate the trust you have shown in me by allowing me to do so. With a lot of joy, and a bit of sadness, I would like to let you know of my intention to retire and close my Plastic and Hand surgery practice after 41 amazing years.
The practice will officially close effective October 15, 2o21.
As you know, choosing a new physician/surgeon should be a personal choice and I highly recommend you consult your primary care physician, the county medical society, a local hospital, or your health care plan for a trusted referral.
If you would like to request a copy of your medical records to be forwarded to another physician please visit the "patient info" page on our website.
It is my wish and intention to make this as smooth a transition as possible and will make every effort to assist you in this process.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at 618. 656. 9355.
Thank you again for the opportunity to have served as your physician/surgeon for the last 41 years...and best wishes for health and happiness in the future!
